Germany’s Jewish population grows.

This development is surprising to most people – and certainly couldn’t have been imagined in 1945. Through interviews, ‘Germans and Jews’ explores the relationship between different generations of Germans and Jews living in Germany since the end of the Second World War. It was produced and directed by two close friends: one an American- Jew and the other a non-Jewish German. They examine the changing narrative in Germany with regard to the Holocaust and the complex dynamics that still exist between the two people. History has made Germans and Jews inextricably linked.
